A stand base is the foundation of every retort stand assembly. A support rod is screwed into the thread, then bossheads, clamps and rings are added to hold burettes, flasks, condensers or funnels at the right height. The wider and heavier the base, the less likely a tall or top-heavy set-up is to tip, which is why these bases use expanded, flat, heavy feet, while the antislide rubber keeps them from creeping across a smooth bench and the adjustable foot stops rocking on an uneven surface.
18/10 stainless steel, an alloy of roughly 18% chromium and 10% nickel, stands up well to everyday spills and repeated cleaning, so these bases suit wet chemistry, pharmacy and microbiology benches as well as school labs. Keep the heaviest part of an assembly above the footprint of the base, screw the rod fully home before loading it, and check the adjustable foot whenever the stand is moved. It suits anyone equipping a retort stand lab in India who wants stainless fittings throughout.
Jain Scientific Equipments Private Limited, trading as ScienceLab, is the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) of these stainless steel stand bases and makes them at its own licensed factory in Saha, Ambala, Haryana, India. Laboratories, schools, colleges, dealers and importers can order bases, rods and fittings together, factory-direct, from one manufacturer.
Tender and vendor-registration forms can quote the company's GSTIN 06AAECJ8618A1ZT and Legal Entity Identifier 3358004HRD1JIVXKYX49. For repeat orders or a replacement adjustable foot, ask us. Company background is on the ScienceLab profile.

How does the Stand bases 18/10 Stainless Steel stay stable?
The Stand bases 18/10 Stainless Steel stays steady thanks to expanded, flat and heavy feet, antislide rubber protection that grips the bench, and one adjustable foot that can be set to stop the base rocking on an uneven work surface.
Why is the Stand bases 18/10 Stainless Steel made from 18/10 steel?
The Stand bases 18/10 Stainless Steel uses 18/10 stainless steel, roughly 18% chromium and 10% nickel, because this alloy resists corrosion from everyday spills and frequent cleaning. That makes the base well suited to wet chemistry, pharmacy and biology labs.

Every retort stand needs a base heavy enough for the load it carries, and the wide spread of weights here lets a lab match the base to the job. A light 0.8 kg base is enough for a single test-tube clamp on a student bench, while the 4.0 kg and 5.0 kg bases give a tall distillation or reflux assembly, or two clamps reaching out sideways, a much lower risk of tipping. Several footprints are offered in more than one C height, so the same bench space can take a lighter or heavier base.
The varnish coats the steel, helping to protect its surface from moisture in everyday use. Wipe chemical spills off promptly, dry the base after cleaning, and keep it out of burner flames. Screw the support rod fully into the thread and turn the adjustable foot until the base sits without rocking. For schools furnishing chemistry lab equipment in India across many benches, these bases are a practical, bench-by-bench choice.
These varnished bases are manufactured by Jain Scientific Equipments Private Limited, the company trading as ScienceLab, which is their OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and produces them at its own licensed factory at Saha, Ambala, Haryana, India. Schools fitting out several benches, colleges, dealers and importers receive quotations for mixed sizes straight from the maker.
Repeat orders in the same sizes, or a replacement adjustable foot, can be requested directly; just ask us. Read about the company on the ScienceLab profile.

A base that stands on three legs touches the bench at only three points, so it sits firmly without rocking even when the work surface is not perfectly flat. That makes this tripod a steady foundation for a retort stand: screw a support rod into the thread, fit bossheads and clamps, and hold flasks, funnels or condensers above the bench. The open space between the legs also leaves room to place a burner, beaker or small hot plate close beneath the rod.
Choose the 2.0 kg size for taller rods and heavier glassware, and the 1.2 kg size for compact set-ups on student benches. Keep the load above the legs rather than reaching far outside them, and tighten the rod fully before use. Anyone looking for a tripod stand for the lab in India should note that this is a rod base, not a burner tripod for gauze. Cast iron is strong under load but can crack if dropped, so lift it with both hands.
ScienceLab, the trading name of Jain Scientific Equipments Private Limited, is the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) of this cast iron tripod and makes it at its own licensed factory in Saha, Ambala, Haryana, India. Since the tripod and the rods it needs are both offered by the same manufacturer, a lab can order a complete stand in one enquiry and receive the quotation from the source.
For repeat orders or advice on matching fittings, ask us directly. The ScienceLab profile has more about the company.
Parts needed to turn the tripod into a working stand, plus alternative bases:
See every base and fitting in the Stand bases, Rods and Rings category.
Is a rod included with the Tripod Cast Iron Varnished?
No. The rod is ordered separately for the Tripod Cast Iron Varnished. The tripod has a thread for the rod, so add Rods For Stand Bases to your enquiry and both items can be quoted together.
What sizes is the Tripod Cast Iron Varnished available in?
The Tripod Cast Iron Varnished is listed in two sizes by length (A): 105, weighing 1.2 kg, and 145, weighing 2.0 kg. The heavier size suits taller rods and larger loads; exact dimensions are confirmed with your quotation.
Why choose a tripod base like the Tripod Cast Iron Varnished?
A tripod base like the Tripod Cast Iron Varnished rests on three points, so it sits without rocking even on a bench that is not perfectly flat, and the space between its legs leaves room for a burner or vessel close to the rod.
Is the Tripod Cast Iron Varnished a burner tripod?
No. The Tripod Cast Iron Varnished is a stand base with a thread for a support rod, used to build retort stands. If you need a tripod that holds gauze over a burner, ask us through the contact page and we will suggest a suitable item.
How should the Tripod Cast Iron Varnished be looked after?
Keep the Tripod Cast Iron Varnished dry and wipe spills off the varnish promptly. Cast iron is strong under load but can crack if dropped on a hard floor, so lift it with both hands and store it on a low shelf.
Who manufactures the Tripod Cast Iron Varnished?
The Tripod Cast Iron Varnished is manufactured by Jain Scientific Equipments Pvt Ltd (ScienceLab), the OEM, at its own licensed factory at Saha, Ambala, Haryana, India. Quotations and repeat orders are handled by the manufacturer itself.

Foot For Rods (Product Code: SLE/LR/04) is a round tempered cast iron foot, 80 mm in diameter, used to stand a 12 mm support rod upright for light clamping and demonstration set-ups in school, college and research laboratories. Its compact circular footprint takes very little bench space, which makes it handy for single-clamp jobs and crowded benches. It is made by Jain Scientific Equipments Pvt Ltd (ScienceLab), an OEM manufacturer, at its own factory in Ambala, India.
| Parameter | Detail |
|---|---|
| Material | Tempered cast iron |
| Foot diameter (D) | 80 mm |
| Rod diameter (D) | 12 mm |
| Product code | SLE/LR/04 |
| Manufacturer | Jain Scientific Equipments Pvt Ltd (ScienceLab) — OEM |
| Country of origin | India (made in Ambala, Haryana) |
Not every job needs a large rectangular stand base. When a single clamp has to hold a test tube, a thermometer or a small funnel, a 12 mm rod standing in this 80 mm foot does the work while leaving the rest of the bench free. The small round footprint also fits on trays and in tight corners of a fume cupboard where a full-size base would be in the way.
Because the footprint is compact, keep loads light, low and centred over the foot; for tall or top-heavy apparatus, move up to a larger stand base. It also suits physics lab equipment set-ups in Indian schools, where a rod standing in a small foot can carry light demonstration pieces. Tempering is a heat treatment that reduces the brittleness of cast iron; keep the foot dry and wipe off spills so its surface stays clean.
Jain Scientific Equipments Private Limited, which trades as ScienceLab, is the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) of the Foot For Rods and makes it at its own licensed factory at Saha, Ambala, Haryana, India. Schools, colleges, dealers and importers buying small fittings like this deal with the maker directly for pricing and repeat supply.
If you need help matching feet, rods and clamps for a new lab, ask us. More about the company is on the ScienceLab profile.

Some apparatus is simply too wide or too tall for one rod on a plate base: a long distillation train, a column with several take-off points, or a row of vessels that must be clamped side by side. For these, labs build a frame, and the base frame tube is its foot. The V form spreads 2 legs apart to resist tipping in more than one direction, while the H form joins its legs with a bridge whose length can vary, giving a broad, steady base for frames that span a bench or fume cupboard.
Because the external dimensions A, B and C are defined individually, the frame can be sized to the space it must occupy. Measure the width, depth and clear height of the bench or fume cupboard, and the footprint of the apparatus, before you specify. Fitted with rods, bossheads made for frames and clamps, it forms the lab stand, clamp and boss head system that teaching and research labs in India use for their larger set-ups.
Jain Scientific Equipments Private Limited (CIN U29309HR2020PTC087597) trades as ScienceLab and is the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) of these base frames. They are produced at the company's licensed factory at 449, HSIIDC Industrial Area, Saha, Ambala, Haryana (Factory Licence AMB-ONLINE-CHD-J-414).
Because A, B and C are set for each order, you agree the dimensions directly with the manufacturer rather than through a reseller, and repeat frames can be requested to the same sizes. Research institutes, colleges, dealers and importers can read more on the ScienceLab profile.
Fittings and frames that work with a stainless base frame tube:
Explore the Stand bases, Rods and Rings category for all bases, frames and rings.
What forms does the Base Frame tube, 18/10 Stainless Steel come in?
The Base Frame tube, 18/10 Stainless Steel comes in two forms: a V version with 2 legs arranged in a V, and an H version with legs in H form joined by a variable bridge. Both are made from 18/10 stainless steel tube.
Can the dimensions of the Base Frame tube, 18/10 Stainless Steel be specified?
Yes. The external dimensions A, B and C of the Base Frame tube, 18/10 Stainless Steel can be defined individually, with A being the leg length. Send the sizes you need, or the space the frame must fit, and we will confirm them in the quotation.
Why is the Base Frame tube made of 18/10 stainless steel?

An H outline spreads the frame's weight along two side bars, so a rod standing in it resists tipping sideways better than a rod in a small round foot, while the gap between the bars leaves room for a spirit lamp, beaker or small apparatus close to the rod. Typical jobs include holding a test tube, thermometer or small flask with a bosshead and clamp, hanging a light pendulum, or supporting a funnel over a receiver during filtration.
Because the MINI is light, it is meant for small loads: keep glassware low on the rod and centred over the frame, and use the 12 mm rod size when you want a stiffer column. For tall assemblies or heavy flasks, a larger and heavier frame is the safer choice. Paired with bossheads and clamps, it forms a simple retort stand for student benches in India; wipe the cast iron dry after practicals.
Jain Scientific Equipments Private Limited trades under the name ScienceLab and is the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) of the H-Frame MINI, which it makes at its own licensed factory at Saha, Ambala, Haryana, India. Because the frame comes from the maker rather than a trading house, schools, colleges, dealers and importers receive quotations straight from the manufacturer.
Ask us about matching rods, spare fittings or repeat orders for the same frame. Company background is on the ScienceLab company profile.
Items that complete or replace the H-Frame MINI in a stand set-up:
See every base, rod and ring in the Stand Bases, Rods and Rings category.
What rod sizes fit the H-Frame MINI?

Does the H-Frame MINI come with a rod?
No. The H-Frame MINI is sold as the cast iron frame base only, and the rod is not included. Rods can be added to the same order from the Rods For Stand Bases listing or quoted separately on request.
How heavy and how large is the H-Frame MINI?
The H-Frame MINI weighs 1.2 kg, and its listed dimensions are A (length) 210 and B (width) 200. The low weight makes it easy to move between benches, but it suits light, low loads rather than tall assemblies.
Who manufactures the H-Frame MINI?

Sockets For Rods Without Thread (Product Code: SLE/LR/07) are socket fittings used to seat plain, unthreaded support rods so they stay firmly in place in laboratory stand and frame set-ups in schools, colleges and research labs. Lab technicians can order them in either of two materials, green-coated steel or 18/10 stainless steel, to suit the working conditions. They are made by Jain Scientific Equipments Pvt Ltd (ScienceLab), an OEM manufacturer, at its own factory in Ambala, India, as part of its lab equipment range from Ambala.
| Parameter | Detail |
|---|---|
| Type | Socket for rods without thread (unthreaded rods) |
| Material option 1 | Steel, green coated |
| Material option 2 | 18/10 stainless steel |
| Product code | SLE/LR/07 |
| Manufacturer | Jain Scientific Equipments Pvt Ltd (ScienceLab) — OEM |
| Country of origin | India (made in Ambala, Haryana) |
A plain rod has no thread to screw into a base, so it needs a socket to give it a fixed seat. With a socket in place, a technician can stand a support rod up for a practical, hang bossheads and clamps on it, and lift it out again afterwards so the bench is clear for the next class. This makes unthreaded rods quick to set up and swap between experiments.
Pick the green-coated steel version for general teaching rooms, where a coated finish is enough and the colour makes the fitting easy to spot. Choose 18/10 stainless steel, an alloy of about 18% chromium and 10% nickel, for wet areas, water-bath work or benches that are cleaned often, where a coating could wear. For a retort stand lab in India that mixes both, many buyers keep stainless sockets near sinks and coated ones elsewhere.
These sockets are produced by Jain Scientific Equipments Private Limited, the company behind the ScienceLab name, acting as the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) at its own licensed factory at Saha, Ambala, Haryana, India. Small fittings like this are bought factory-direct by schools, colleges, laboratory dealers and importers, with no trading middleman in between.
If you are replacing worn sockets or adding more to an existing set, ask us and the manufacturer will quote for the same pattern. Read more on the ScienceLab profile page.

Table Clamp For Rods (Product Code: SLE/LR/08) is a tempered cast iron clamp used to fix a support rod directly to the edge of a laboratory bench or table instead of standing it in a base. It fits table tops up to a maximum thickness of 55 mm and is listed for rods of D/Ø 12/13, so it frees bench space in school, college and research labs. It is made by Jain Scientific Equipments Pvt Ltd (ScienceLab), an OEM manufacturer, at its own factory in Ambala, India, as a space-saving piece of chemistry lab equipment for India.
| Parameter | Detail |
|---|---|
| Type | Table (bench-edge) clamp for support rods |
| Material | Tempered cast iron |
| Table top thickness | Up to 55 mm maximum |
| Rod size (D/Ø, as listed) | 12/13 |
| Product code | SLE/LR/08 |
| Manufacturer | Jain Scientific Equipments Pvt Ltd (ScienceLab) — OEM |
| Country of origin | India (made in Ambala, Haryana) |
Clamping a rod to the table borrows the weight of the whole bench, so a tall rod stays steady even when a base would start to tip. That suits long set-ups such as distillation columns, pendulums and demonstration apparatus that must hang well above the work surface. It also keeps the bench area under the rod completely free, which helps on narrow student benches where a stand base would take up room.
Before ordering, measure your table top: the clamp takes edges up to 55 mm thick. Place a thin pad between the jaws and a delicate or laminated surface, tighten firmly without forcing, and check the rod is vertical before loading glassware. Tempered cast iron is heat-treated to reduce the brittleness of ordinary cast iron, so it tolerates regular tightening in a busy chemistry lab.
ScienceLab is the brand of Jain Scientific Equipments Private Limited, which makes the Table Clamp For Rods as the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) at its own licensed factory at Saha, Ambala, Haryana, India. Institutions and dealers ordering bench fittings get them direct from the factory, not through a reseller.
For replacement clamps or to extend an existing lab, ask us for a quotation from the manufacturer. Company information is on the ScienceLab profile.
Pieces that work with a table clamp in the same set-up:
More options are in the Stand Bases, Rods and Rings category.
How thick a table top will the Table Clamp For Rods fit?
The Table Clamp For Rods fits table and bench tops up to a maximum thickness of 55 mm. Measure the edge where you plan to fix it; thicker tops need a stand base or another mounting method instead.
Which rod size does the Table Clamp For Rods take?
The Table Clamp For Rods is listed for rods of D/Ø 12/13, the same sizes offered in our Rods For Stand Bases range. Tell us the rod you already use and the manufacturer will confirm the fit before you order.
What is the Table Clamp For Rods made of?
The Table Clamp For Rods is made of tempered cast iron. Tempering is a heat treatment that makes cast iron less brittle, which helps a clamp that is tightened and released many times during practical classes.
When is a table clamp better than a stand base?
A Table Clamp For Rods is the better choice for tall or top-heavy set-ups and for narrow benches, because the table carries the load and no floor area of the bench is used. For movable set-ups, a stand base is easier.
Who manufactures the Table Clamp For Rods?
The Table Clamp For Rods is manufactured by Jain Scientific Equipments Pvt Ltd (ScienceLab), the OEM, at its own licensed factory in Saha, Ambala, Haryana, India, and is sold factory-direct to institutions and dealers.
Can the Table Clamp For Rods be ordered in bulk or for export?

Rods set into the cast iron frame and joined with the supplied bossheads create a framework with several fixing points, so one set-up can carry clamps, pulleys, springs or a pendulum at different heights. Physics teachers use such frames for mechanics work like Hooke's law, simple pendulum and pulley experiments, while chemistry and engineering labs use them to support long glass apparatus that a single rod cannot hold steadily.
The listed 800 height leaves room for long pendulum strings and tall assemblies, and the 6.5 kg cast iron base keeps the frame planted. Aluminium rods are light and do not rust, so the frame is easy to put up and take down between classes. Stand the frame on a level bench, tighten every bosshead before loading, and keep the heaviest pieces low.
Jain Scientific Equipments Private Limited, known to customers as ScienceLab, is the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) of the H-Frame Complete and produces it at its own licensed factory at Saha, Ambala, Haryana, India. The company is a registered MSME manufacturer (Udyam UDYAM-HR-01-0003714), and its export consignments move under Importer-Exporter Code AAECJ8618A (DGFT).
Because the frame, rods and bossheads come from one maker, ask us when you need spare bossheads or replacement rods for this set. More about the company is on the ScienceLab profile.

| Product code | SLE/LR/10 |
| Manufacturer | Jain Scientific Equipments Pvt Ltd (ScienceLab) — OEM |
| Country of origin | India (made in Ambala, Haryana) |
In a titration, the burette is clamped to the rod and the conical flask sits on one of the plates directly under the tip. The white plate makes an indicator colour change easy to spot at the end point, which is why most acid-base titrations are run over white. The black plate gives contrast when the solution is pale, cloudy or forms a light precipitate, so students can switch backgrounds without moving the stand.
Check that the burette hangs vertically before filling it, and read the meniscus at eye level. The 18/10 stainless steel rod stands up to splashes of dilute acids and alkalis better than plain steel; rinse and dry the rod and plates after each session. One stand per titration station is the usual arrangement in chemistry lab equipment set-ups for India's school and college practicals.
This Burette Stand is produced by Jain Scientific Equipments Private Limited, which does business as ScienceLab, in the role of OEM (original equipment manufacturer) at its own licensed factory at Saha, Ambala, Haryana, India. Chemistry departments, schools and dealers who equip titration benches buy it factory-direct instead of through a trader.
Lost a plate or need a replacement rod? Ask us and the manufacturer will advise. Company details are on the ScienceLab profile.
What else a titration station needs:
Other supports are listed under Stand Bases, Rods and Rings.

| Type | Foot for support rods |
| Material | 18/10 stainless steel |
| Base protection | Anti-slip rubber |
| Product code | SLE/LR/11 |
| Manufacturer | Jain Scientific Equipments Pvt Ltd (ScienceLab) — OEM |
| Country of origin | India (made in Ambala, Haryana) |
This foot is meant for benches that get wet or are cleaned often: beside sinks, around water baths, in microbiology rooms wiped down with disinfectant, or in any area where a painted or cast iron base would start to mark or rust. Stand a rod in it, add a bosshead and a clamp, and it will hold a thermometer, a small separating funnel or a test tube for the duration of a practical.
The rubber underside stops the foot from sliding when a clamp is tightened and prevents metal-on-surface scratches. Keep oils and strong solvents off the rubber, which can soften it, and never stand the foot on a hot plate. As with any single foot, keep loads light and centred; for heavy work choose a full stand base. It pairs well with other stainless laboratory instruments in India's teaching labs.
ScienceLab, the trading name of Jain Scientific Equipments Private Limited, is the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) of this stainless rod foot and makes it at its own licensed factory at Saha, Ambala, Haryana, India. Laboratories, schools and distributors order it straight from the factory, so pricing and supply are agreed with the maker.
If the rubber protection wears or you want more feet in the same finish, ask us. Background on the company is on the ScienceLab profile.

A 1000 mm rod needs a wide, heavy footing, and that is what the 420 × 400 H-shaped plate and its 8.5 kg of cast iron provide. The stand is chosen for work that would topple a small base: fractional distillation with a long column, Soxhlet extraction, reflux under a condenser, or several clamps stacked up one rod. The 16 mm stainless rod is thick enough to resist bending when those clamps carry glassware well above the bench.
Fix the rod firmly with the included washer and nut before loading, then keep the heaviest vessel low and above the plate. The open centre of the H leaves room to place a heating mantle, burner or lab jack under the flask. Wipe the rod and plate after work; stainless steel resists rust but spilled reagents should not be left to dry on the cast iron.
Jain Scientific Equipments Private Limited, whose brand is ScienceLab, builds the Stand With Base Plate H-Shape as the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) at its own licensed factory at Saha, Ambala, Haryana, India. Universities, schools, dealers and importers receive it factory-direct, with quotations prepared by the manufacturer rather than a trader.

| Country of origin | India (made in Ambala, Haryana) |
A tripod is the classic heating support: the burner goes underneath, a wire gauze or pipeclay triangle rests on the ring, and a beaker, evaporating dish or crucible sits on top. Students use it to boil water, evaporate solutions to crystals, heat crucibles to constant mass and run simple calorimetry. The A dimension (listed as length) and the D/Ø value let you match the tripod to the height of your burner flame and the size of the vessel.
Choose stainless steel with welded feet where hygiene, corrosion and easy cleaning matter, and zinc-coated tempered cast iron with screwed feet for robust everyday class use. Let a tripod cool before moving it, keep it on a heat-resistant mat, and never place a vessel directly over a bare flame without a gauze when the glass needs even heating.
Jain Scientific Equipments Private Limited trades as ScienceLab and makes these Tripods as the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) at its own licensed factory at Saha, Ambala, Haryana, India. For vendor registration on tenders, the company's details are GSTIN 06AAECJ8618A1ZT and Legal Entity Identifier 3358004HRD1JIVXKYX49.
Schools, colleges, dealers and importers buy the tripods factory-direct; ask us for repeat orders in a matching size. More on the company is on the ScienceLab profile.
What goes on, under and beside a heating tripod:
Browse the Stand Bases, Rods and Rings category or the Burners category.
What materials are the ScienceLab Tripods made in?
The Tripods are made in two versions: 18/10 stainless steel with welded feet, and tempered cast iron with a zinc coating and screwed feet. Both hold a gauze or triangle over a burner; stainless is easier to keep clean.
What sizes do the Tripods come in?
The stainless Tripods are listed as 180 × 100, 210 × 120, 210 × 140 and 240 × 160 (A × D/Ø). The cast iron Tripods are 180 × 100, 210 × 120, 210 × 140 and 240 × 150.
What is the difference between welded and screwed feet?
On the stainless steel Tripods the feet are welded, giving permanent joints with no threads to loosen. On the cast iron Tripods the feet are screwed in, so a leg that works loose can simply be tightened again.
What else do I need to heat with a tripod?
To heat with these Tripods you need a burner underneath and a wire gauze for beakers or flasks, or a pipeclay triangle for crucibles. We can quote gauzes, triangles and burners together with the tripods.
Who manufactures the Tripods?
The Tripods are manufactured by Jain Scientific Equipments Pvt Ltd (ScienceLab), the OEM, at its own licensed factory at Saha, Ambala, Haryana, India. Institutions and dealers buy directly from the manufacturer.
How are these Tripods different from the Tripod Cast Iron Varnished?
These Tripods are heating supports that carry a gauze or triangle over a burner. The Tripod Cast Iron Varnished is a stand base with a thread that takes a support rod for clamps, so it serves a different purpose.
Tell us the material, size and quantity through the contact page or add Tripods to the enquiry cart; quotations come direct from the manufacturer.

The rod is the backbone of every retort stand: bossheads slide onto it and carry clamps, rings and holders at whatever height the experiment needs. Because these rods have no thread, they are made for fittings that grip or seat a plain rod, such as rod sockets, table clamps and frames, and they can be moved between set-ups without screwing or unscrewing anything.
Short rods (500 or 600) keep test-tube and titration work compact, while the 1000 to 1500 lengths give room for distillation columns, long condensers and pendulums. Pick 12 or 13 for general teaching work and 16 when several heavy clamps will share one rod. Stainless steel stays smooth and rust-free, so bossheads grip evenly; wipe off spills and avoid bending a rod by overloading its top end.
These rods are made by Jain Scientific Equipments Private Limited, the company that trades as ScienceLab, which is the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and produces them at its own licensed factory at Saha, Ambala, Haryana, India. Labs topping up their stock, dealers and importers order the exact lengths and diameters they need direct from the factory.
Mixed orders across several sizes are common, so just list what you need and ask us. See the ScienceLab profile for company details.

A flask that is only partly full is lighter than the water it displaces, so in a bath it lifts, leans and can tip over, spoiling the sample or letting bath water in. Placing a stabilizing ring on the flask adds enough weight to keep it upright and seated. This is routine when warming culture media, running temperature-controlled reactions, incubating enzyme or microbiology samples, or holding several flasks side by side in one bath.
Match the ring to the flask: the 50 size at 207 g suits small flasks, while the 100 size at 470 g gives the most hold-down force for larger ones. The PVC covering cushions the glass and keeps metal from knocking against it. Fit the ring before the bath is filled or heated, and rinse and dry it after use so no bath water is left trapped under the covering.
Jain Scientific Equipments Private Limited operates as ScienceLab and is the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) of the Stabilizing Ring for Erlenmeyers, produced at its own licensed factory at Saha, Ambala, Haryana, India. Research groups, schools, dealers and importers order the rings direct from the factory rather than through an agent.

Heating a crucible strongly, whether to ignite a precipitate in gravimetric analysis, find ash or moisture content, or bring a sample to constant mass, needs a support that holds the crucible steady without shading it from the flame. The three ceramic rods touch the crucible at just three points, so most of its surface is exposed to the heat, and ceramic will not react with or mark a platinum crucible the way bare metal can.
Mounted on a support stand, the ring lets you raise or lower the crucible to set the gap between the gas flame and the crucible bottom; on a tripod it gives a fixed working height. Set the rods by hand to the crucible before lighting the burner, let everything cool before adjusting again, and lift hot crucibles only with tongs.
Jain Scientific Equipments Private Limited, which trades as ScienceLab, supplies the Crucible Retort Ring from Ambala, Haryana, to schools, colleges, research laboratories and dealers in India and international markets. The company sources the item for buyers who want it on the same order as their other stands, burners and crucible ware.

Two burettes on one stand make several routines easier: running a sample and its blank or duplicate side by side, carrying out a back titration with two reagents, or letting two students share a station during board practicals. Teachers also use it to demonstrate a rough and an accurate titration next to each other so the class can compare end points.
Polished hardwood will not rust, and a quick wipe removes most spills, which suits benches where dilute acids and alkalis are handled every day. Put a white tile under each flask to see the colour change, keep the stand away from open flames, and dry it rather than soaking it after cleaning. A wider 290 mm base spreads the load of two filled burettes.
Jain Scientific Equipments Private Limited, the company behind ScienceLab, is the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) of this double hardwood burette stand and produces it at its own licensed factory at Saha, Ambala, Haryana, India. Schools, colleges, laboratory dealers and importers deal with the maker directly, so there is no reseller margin between the factory and the lab.
For more stands in the same finish or a replacement clamp, ask us. The ScienceLab profile has company details.

In class 11 and 12 volumetric analysis, each student usually runs their own titration, and a single stand per place keeps everyone working independently. The burette is held in the hardwood clamp above a conical flask, the student adds titrant drop by drop, and the end point is read from the burette scale. The small base also makes the stand easy to carry to and from the store room and to line up on shelves.
Before filling, check that the burette hangs straight in the clamp so the reading is not distorted. Wipe acid or alkali splashes from the polished wood promptly, keep the stand clear of burners, and let it air-dry after cleaning. For demonstrations or paired work, a double stand may suit better.
The single hardwood burette stand is made by Jain Scientific Equipments Private Limited under its ScienceLab brand, as the OEM (original equipment manufacturer), at its own licensed factory at Saha, Ambala, Haryana, India. The company holds MSME (Udyam) registration UDYAM-HR-01-0003714 with manufacturing as its major activity, and overseas orders are shipped under its DGFT Importer-Exporter Code AAECJ8618A.
Class sets and repeat orders are quoted by the manufacturer itself, so ask us for a matching batch when your lab grows. See the ScienceLab profile for company background.

Most first chemistry practicals need something held above the bench: a funnel over a beaker for filtration, a boiling tube over a burner, a delivery tube feeding a gas jar, or a condenser in a simple distillation. This kit gives a teacher enough bases, rods and clamps to run the same experiment at five stations at once, instead of sharing one stand around the room.
The two clamp types have different jobs. The die cast clamps give a firm, rigid grip for heavier items, while the PVC coated clamps cushion glass so test tubes and flasks are less likely to slip or crack. Set the bases on a flat bench, keep loads above the base, and count the pieces back in after class so every station stays complete.
The Retort Metalware Kit is assembled by Jain Scientific Equipments Private Limited, trading as ScienceLab, which is the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and makes it at its own licensed factory at Saha, Ambala, Haryana, India. The company is registered as an MSME manufacturer under Udyam number UDYAM-HR-01-0003714, and ships kits abroad under Importer-Exporter Code AAECJ8618A issued by the DGFT.
If a piece goes missing or is damaged, ask us about a replacement for that part. More information is on the ScienceLab profile.
