What Is the Baby/Child/Adult Length-Height Board Used For?
For a baby, the board is laid flat on a table or the floor; one person holds the infant’s head against the headboard while a second straightens the legs and slides the wedge up to the soles of the feet. For an older child or adult, the same board stands upright on its large foot piece, the person stands barefoot with heels, buttocks and head touching the board, and the slide is brought down onto the crown of the head.
